As a vegan it is always an adventure when trying an establishment's dairy-free cheese for the first time. Aviator did not disappoint: the cheese had a great flavor and it had a nice, creamy consistency. Maybe it could have been a bit elastic/cheesy like, but the creaminess was nice. The family did unanimously like the sauce. My wife is also gluten free, so she tried the GF crust which, while not bad, was not the best. It was a thin crust and seemed to be pre-frozen. While it was passable, it was not as good as another locally-available option (Via 313).

I've heard great reviews & had to come check it out myself. The margarita pizza did not disappoint. I loved the soft pizza crust & the really fresh ingredients, great job! I also love that your beer & ciders are all from local breweries. DELICIOUS ...

Pizza is amazing. The cheese bread is worth every bite. Beer choice is great as well. Lots of options. Even got a porter in May! Lol It is an order at the counter kind of place. The employee at the counter was extremely nice and helpful. With it being my first time there, I had questions, and she was patient, gave me a couple beer tasters to narrow down my beer choice, was polite and Texas friendly! I do think they need a different location though. It doesn't fit well in this office/shopping center. Needs a separate building, with larger outdoor seating, more spread out between chairs/tables, maybe play some music on some speakers. Their pizza and beer deserve a more relaxed and chill environment. I would have stayed longer and drank more, if the setup was different. Other than that - loved it and will go back!!

Gluten-free crust available, and it was delicious. Outdoor seating with heaters made it perfect, even on a chilly day. The stubborn sodas were awesome! Loved the choices, all made with real sugar. I called ahead to check for allergens. The employee who answered was helpful and patient as we built a pizza and salad that would be safe for me and corn-free. We will be going back.

Marvelous Calzones! I had the Fresh Basil and Goat Cheese. I added spinach and mushrooms to it it. The dough is perfect. The ingredients top notch. I should also mention the homestyle ranch dressing that was exceptional as a little dipping sauce. Normally, I don't do that, but it was too good. Also tried the Chicken Greek Salad. It was loaded with huge artichokes and Kalamata olives and stacked with a generous pile of feta cheese. The Greek feta aioli dressing was very impressive. Most importantly, it had a whole cut chicken breast that was very tender and very lean. No cheap ingredients. They have numerous draught brews of different styles to suit your tastebuds and quench your thirst. I had a vanilla cream soda sweetened with agave nectar. Check out their soda fountain. Good stuff! No high-fructose junk. I'm not a pizza snob. I prefer very thin N.Y. style crust and only eat it that way. However, their pizzas looked fabulous with the aforementioned dough, which is splendid. All the toppings are fresh and of top quality; so I assume they have wonderful pizza as well. I just like pizza a particular way. I didn't go to eat pizza. I wanted a great calzone, and I got one! Couldn't be happier.

We made a mistake on not reading the menu 100% correctly and thought some optional items came included with one of their salads. When it arrived we inquired about the missing ingredients. They let us know why and then proceeded to provide them anyway! Fantastic staff. Super friendly and helpful!

Stopped in, in a big rush, to order something quick to-go. Told Ava at the counter about my time crunch and she was quick to recommend the salads and even suggested adding chicken to the Greek salad. Placed my order and she was so sweet to step to the back and ask for it rushed for me. I revived my salad in literally two!!! minutes!!! Amazing. Shoutout to the young man that made it as well, didn’t catch his name on my way out but this team really made it happen for me and I couldn’t be more thankful3 salad was good, classic Greek salad, the chicken made it better for sure.

Best pizza joint in Kyle! Their gluten free pizza is on point! I love that they have a great selection of beer and cider. Gabby who works at the front was so nice and professional. This is the perfect place to bring the family or even date night. Thanks for the great service guys!
